EditCraftCo
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 June 2026
1. Who this policy applies to
This privacy policy describes how EditCraftCo (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles data in connection with our internal Pinterest automation tool (“EditCraftCo Automation”), which is registered with Pinterest under our own developer account and used solely to publish content to our own Pinterest business profile.
EditCraftCo is a digital product brand selling Adobe Lightroom presets via our Etsy storefront at etsy.com/shop/EditCraftCo. We are based in the United Kingdom.
2. Scope
This policy covers our use of the Pinterest API for internal content publishing. It does not cover:
- Purchases made on our Etsy storefront (Etsy’s privacy policy applies)
- The privacy practices of Pinterest itself (see Pinterest’s privacy policy)
3. What data we collect via the Pinterest API
EditCraftCo Automation interacts with only one Pinterest account - our own. Specifically, we:
- Read and write boards and pins owned by our EditCraftCo Pinterest account
- Read aggregate analytics (impressions, clicks, saves) for our own pins
- Store an OAuth access token and refresh token authorising the tool to act on our account
We do not collect, store, process, or share data about any other Pinterest users, including our followers, people who save our pins, or people who interact with our profile.
4. How we use this data
The tool exists to:
- Publish curated Pinterest pins linking to our Etsy product listings
- Schedule pins for a consistent posting cadence
- Track which of our pins drive traffic to our Etsy storefront
Data is used solely for these operational purposes and is not shared with any third party.
5. Data storage and security
- OAuth tokens are stored on a private server we operate, in a file accessible only to our admin user
- The server is hosted in the European Union and uses standard transport encryption (HTTPS) for all API traffic
- We do not transmit Pinterest data to analytics platforms, advertising networks, or any other third party
6. Data retention
- OAuth tokens are retained for as long as the integration is active and refreshed periodically as required by Pinterest
- Aggregate pin analytics are stored indefinitely in our internal database for trend analysis
- We retain no personal data about other Pinterest users at any point
7. Your rights
If you are a Pinterest user who interacted with content posted by EditCraftCo and wish to exercise any data subject rights under UK GDPR or other applicable law, please note that we hold no personal information about you. Pinterest itself controls all such data.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
